This video tape was recorded Niibori Guitar Music School 40th Anniversary Concert by The Niibori Guitar Orchestra. It was held in one of the best opera houses in Japan, Yokosuka Geijutsu Gekijo on September 21, 1997.
It specially contains rehearsal scene, Dr. Niibori's address in the concert and a commemorative party that was held in Yokosuka Prince Hotel after the concert.
